We're a small web design studio. We only collect the details you choose to send us, we only use them to reply to you, and we never sell them.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form on this site, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the message you write about your business
If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever details you include.
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, talk with you about your project and, if you become a client, to do the work and send invoices. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell, rent or trade your details.
Who else handles it
A few trusted services help run this site. Each only handles your details to do its job:
Formspree receives the contact form and forwards your message to our inbox. Formspree is based in the United States, so your enquiry may be processed and stored there.
Hostinger hosts this website. Like all web hosts, its servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Google provides our business email (where your enquiry arrives) and the fonts used on this site. Loading the fonts means your browser connects to Google's servers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond, and for any ongoing work or records we're required to keep. When we no longer need your details, we delete them.
Keeping it safe
This site uses a secure connection (the padlock in your browser), so details you send through the form are encrypted on the way. We keep our accounts protected and limit access to the people who work on your enquiry.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Just email info@ascenddigital.space and we'll sort it out promptly.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
